By taking part in a Riviera Drive Experience ride, each driver declares that they have read and accept the following terms:
- Age and licence — I am at least 18 years old and hold a valid driving licence.
- Automatic vehicle — I am comfortable driving an automatic vehicle.
- Compliance with rules — I will comply with traffic laws and the organiser’s instructions.
- Liability in case of damage — I understand that I am responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle in case of fault or negligence on my part.
- Security deposit — In case of damage, a security deposit of €500 may be requested as a provisional advance, pending an official repair quote which will be communicated to me. If the final repair cost is lower, the difference will be refunded. If it is higher, an additional payment may be requested.
- Inherent risks — I acknowledge that driving on public roads involves inherent risks. Riviera Drive Experience and the accompanying guide cannot be held liable for injuries, accidents or damage resulting from my own behaviour behind the wheel, failure to follow instructions, or a traffic law violation.
